Our Music
Though the flute repertoire is somewhat limited in comparison to the piano and violin, it is still one that is rich and varied in quality. The compositions on this recording are comprised of classics, transcriptions and newer-written works for flute and piano. Our goal in our debut recording is to share our enthusiasm and love for compositions that showcase the many possibilities of the flute-piano duo in a variety of styles and genres. From the baroque to Classical Latin-Jazz styles, we hope that the repertoire selected is capable of emoting something old, borrowed, and new in everyone.
